  • Yes - my 1:1 spaces is for any women who feels like she is DONE trying - whatever that may look like for you! Your fitness & mindset development programme is completely tailored to you and your goals so that you can finally step into the woman you know you can become!

  • We begin with an onboarding week where you’ll have a couple tasks to complete to get you thinking a little deeper around your goals - from there we reverse engineer it to create action steps & a programme this progressive and tailored to you!

    You’ll have access to the client portal for coaching resources (Client masterclass’ , access to any future programmes I run, mindset and self development tasks) & an account on my fitness app to log and track your workouts/ nutrition/ habits.

    We have bi-weekly coaching calls to work through any limiting factors and put together effective plans to ensure that you improve your adaptability & resilience.

  • We begin with looking at what your current eating habits are, from there we will come up with a number of options together.

    So that you can start to tweak and shift into a realistic and long term approach without restriction or complication.
